Our Why
The Way of Connection was born out of the deep knowing that developed from my own experience with healing. While navigating that journey, it became clear to me that connection to yourself, others, and the natural world is integral to fully embodying yourself and living a meaningful life. It is our aim to provide a space to remember our sense of connection to ourselves and others, to carve out a small corner of our overwhelming world to feel held and heard. That is the foundation for our practice and the meaning behind our name. We come to you here with compassion, open heartedness, and a willingness to connect with you in the depths of our human emotion. We are so grateful that you are here.

Values Statement
At The Way of Connection LLC, we are rooted in practicing compassion, authenticity, and integrity for ourselves, our office culture, our clients, and our community.
We define compassion as our capacity to be open, accepting, and generous with our hearts.*
We define authenticity as being in alignment with our values and our spirit regardless of external pressures to act otherwise.*
We define integrity as being honest, accountable, and doing what is right instead of what is easy.*
We are here to promote healing in ourselves and our community through therapy, yoga, and providing space for groups of people to come together and find connection.
We believe meaningful connection to ourselves and others is the balm to heal the trauma of abuse, neglect, oppression, being unseen, and living in a world that prioritizes profit over people.
We are committed to replacing judgment with curiosity.
We acknowledge the societal burdens of racism, individualism, materialism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and patriarchy as inherently destructive to us all both individually and as a collective.
We believe a sense of belonging is a right for all people.
We believe in progress not perfection.
